Terry, I have Dodd's, mine start with William born about 1730. He married Sarah Brantwaite. There son Thomas married Isabella Harriman. THeir daughter Isabella married Jame Lewis in 1803. James DODD was her son, born 1850, but no father shown on any census although she states 'married' on all but the 1881 where she states 'widow', ( as Margaret). Her daughter Margaret DODD , born 1846, married Christopher Hutchinson and was associated with a building called ' OAKLANDS' in Great Strickland.
