    3. Hi Bob, Have you made a Google search? Up come results from the National Archives site, giving much information on the Red Dragon at Kirkby Lonsdale. Here is just one item among many on the various people associated with the hotel. I know it is not the Jackson names you mentioned, but perhaps this has some significance for you?.......................... I have been researching this family for many years and have a lot of information on them, but I never thought of the National Archives, silly me, in my own country as well. I will look at the site in more detail now, there maybe other unanswered questions there than can be solved. Once again many thanks. Regards Bob.
