CROSBY at £520 per Annum, and LOW ROW at £311 per Annum, and will be put up at the said Rents.Whoever happens to be the best Bidder for one or both of the Gates, must, at the same time, give Security, with sufficient Sureties, to the Satisfaction of the Trustees, for the Payment of the Rents, and at such times as they shall direct.To be Entered upon the First of May next.
