WHEREAS, GEORGE LITTLE, of MOORHOUSES, in the Parish of KIRKLINTON, in the County of Cumberland, YEOMAN, hath by Indenture of Assignment bearing date the 19th Day of SEPTEMBER instant, assigned, transferred, and set over all his Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever, unto RICHARD MITCHINSON, of Firbank, in the said Parish of Kirklinton, Cattle Dealer, IN TRUST, for the equal Benefit of such of his Creditors as shall execute the said Indenture of Assignment on or before the 29th Day of OCTOBER next. NOTICE IS THEREFORE HEREBY GIVEN, That the said Indenture of Assignment is lodged at the Office of Mr. LOWRY, Solicitor, Carlisle, for the perusal and signatures of the Creditors of the said GEORGE LITTLE, and that such of them as refuse or neglect to execute the same within the time above limited, will be excluded all Benefit arising therefrom.
