A letter has been received in Penrith conveying the melancholy intelligence that, on the voyage from Alexandria to Hull, CAPTAIN HAGARTH fell overboard on Wednesday morning week, in the Bay of Biscay, and was drowned. The body was not recovered. MRS. HAGARTH, the deceased's widow, resides at Poplar Place, Scotland Road, Penrith.
