Hi, and hope you all had a great Christmas! Is there, I wonder, anyone in the know who can tell me just what has happened to the Cumbria Archives Catalogue, called CASCAT? I can find the web page OK..... http://www.cumbria.gov.uk/archives/Online_catalogues/default.asp But the dratted thing just doesn't work for me....it returns "No Results" every time I try. I've had it misbehave on me previously, but it has usually come right eventually, with perseverance. But sadly, not this time. I've emailed the powers that be on "Feedback", but have received a form email saying they are closed up until 4 January. Can anyone else get this thing to really work? Hi Nancy: Itried and got the same 'no result' Then I remembered an announcement to the effect the site had changed so I googled 'Google UK' then entered Cumbria County Archives and came up with the the following URL that seemed to work so, I hope it works for you. http://www.cumbria.gov.uk/archives/ Happy New Year.
