Hello group I am new to the group and am trying to sort out the children of John and Jane Stephenson (nee Huddart) who in the 1841 census were farming in Sleagill. I am uncertain as to how many children they had. The ones I am sure about are Sarah (1810), Betty (1812), Ann (1819), Isaac (1815) and Joseph (1829) all born in Bolton, Westmorland. I have also found several other children born to a John Stephenson and wife Jane, (also in Bolton) which I assume is the same couple but cannot be certain, ie Jane (1815), John (1817), Mary (1822) and William (1823). I wonder if anyone else is researching this same family and if they have managed to determine if all the children belong to John Stephenson and Jane Huddart?? Any help would be appreciated.
