REPRESENTATION OF WESTMORLAND. We, "Manchester Examiner", are informed that MR. H. GARDNER, of Sion Hill, near Garstang, will come forward to oppose EARL BECTIVE in the representation of Westmorland. MR. GARDINER is a retired barrister, and a large landed proprieter. He will give the Liberals an opportunity of measuring their strength with the Conservative party. MR.
