Bev, I have a KNIPE in India that I cannot any other of that name to. She was Charlotte KNIPE probably born about 1880 who married William Graham at Calcutta in 1816. I don't know where she was born or who her parents were. I understand that there were KNIPEs in St Helena and as it was on the trade route to India from England I had wondered if she came from there.
