WILSON (deputy registrar) Adjourned examination of Benjamin JUMEAUX, surgeon of Ambleside The gross liabilities amounted to £1,523 14s 8d, which were expected to rank for dividends of £1416 13 4d. The gross assets were £143 15s 5d, the preferential claims for rent etc. being £80 1s 4d, which reduced the net assets to £63 14s 1d. The official receiver (Mr. H.G. PEARSON) said that this matter was opened on October 26th and was not concluded at that time as the first meeting of creditors had not been held.
