TO BE LET, by PROPOSALS in WRITING, for a Term of Seven or Nine Years, and Entered upon at CANDLEMAS next, ALL that TITHE-FREE FARM, called MOORHOUSE, situate in the Parish of STANWIX, in the County of Cumberland, consisting of a Dwelling-House and Farm-Buildings in good Repair, and about 67 Acres, more or less, of Arable, Meadow, and Pasture Ground, together with a Right of Fishing in a considerable part of the River Eden, running near thereto. The Estate is very compact, in a good state of Cultivation, and about a Mile and a half from Carlisle. TO BE LET, BY PRIVATE CONTRACT, ALL that neat and very convenient MESSUAGE, DWELLING HOUSE, and GARDEN in Front, with requisite Out-Offices, and Forty-five Acres, or thereabouts, of Arable and Meadow Lard, situate at HIGH CROSBY, in the Parish of Crosby-upon-Eden, in the County of Cumberland, distant about Four and a Half Miles from the City of Carlisle, and the same distance from Brampton, adjoining the great Military Road leading from Carlisle to Newcastle, and the Mail Coach passes within a few yards of the House every day, now in the occupation of the Rev. JOHN WATSON. The Dwelling-House consists of Three Parlours and a Kitchen on the Ground Floor, with Cellars underneath, Five Lodging Rooms above Stairs, and good Garrets: is in good repair, and an agreeable Residence for a respectable Family. TO BE SOLD, in PUBLIC SALE, at the Scotch Arms Inn, RICKERGATE, CARLISLE, on FRIDAY the 17th Day of SEPTEMBER, 1819, Together or in Parcels, A Desirable FREEHOLD and TITHE-FREE ESTATE called RIGGHEAD, pleasantly situate in the Parish of Kirklinton, late the Property of JOHN MURRAY, deceased, and now in the possession of JOHN MUSGRAVE, as Tenant from year to year; consisting of one Dwelling House, with suitable Out-Offices, Two Cottages, and about 72 Acres of good Arable and Meadow Ground, divided into suitable Inclosures, well watered and fenced, lying near Coal and Lime, and distant about Six Miles from Brampton, and Ten from Carlisle. The same is subject to the accustomed Taxes, and an annual prescriptive payment of 10s. 1½d., or thereabouts, in lieu of Tithes; and subject also to such Right of Dower, or other Right, as ELEANOR MURRAY, Widow, aged 37 Years, or upwards, is entitled unto therein. PURSUANT to a Decree of his Majesty's Court of Exchequer, at Westminster, made in a Cause, KIRKBANK against HUDSON, the Creditors and Legatees of RICHARD DICKINSON, late of the City of CARLISLE, in the County of Cumberland, CLERK, deceased, are forthwith to come in by their Solicitors, and prove their respective Debts, and claim their respective Lagacies [sic] before ABEL MOYSEY, Esquire, the Deputy Remembrancer, of the said Court, at his Chambers in the Exchequer Office, in the Inner Temple, London; or in default thereof, such Creditors will be excluded the Benefit of the said Decree.
