gary - my Grandmother was married twice and had children in both marriages - her maiden name was her original on both lots of children (from each marriage her name was Thomas) so I do imagine that it will ba the same as in her "original maiden name" also shown on the second marriage cert it has her first marriage name and written underneath "formerly known as" and shown the maiden name - so it showed the name changes etc.. on second marriage cert.
