Hi Wendy is there not a trick that if you look at the right image with your left eye and the left image with you right eyed (cross eyed) you can see the 3D image. Hi If I remember right ,there seemed to be two types depending on market aimed for , One took a set of photos , in strip form, the other was a circuler disc , not sure what I used as a child (vbg) . No I am not winding you up but I am wrong for stereo but correct for find the missing the missing items. you can try http://www.polarimage.fi/stereo/stereo.htm which gives you information on techniques for viewing stereo pairs without a viewer.
