Hi Heather I have just checked Northfield which the IGI have in WAR on Hugh Wallis's site http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~hughwallis/IGIBatchNumbers/CountryEngland.htm#PageTitle and the answer is NO so you can check any of the parishes mentioned via that site. I found this out in my early family history days using the 1988 IGI on fiche at Birmingham Central Library and to look at Kings Norton Registers you had to go to the church and pay £5 to stand for 1 hour in the freezing church under the gaze of the verger examining the actual registers.
