Good Monday morning all. I have just disovered that my ancestor, Elizabeth QUAINTON (think this should be Quinton) married John WHATELEY in St Martins Birmingham, in 1839. I can find her on the 1841 census back living with her father Ezekiel DYKE and she has a son William age 1 with her. However, I cannot find John and do not find the family again. There is a possible death for Elizabeth in 1850 in Birmingham. Elizabeth had previousley been married to Edward QUINTON who died approx 1836. Her 2 sons Charles and George are in the Alcestor workhouse in 1851, but I do not find them again until 1871. These names mean anything to anybody. Carol
