I would guess that Aston was administered at Lichfield, and those wills are likely to be at the Lichfield Records Office: http://www.staffordshire.gov.uk/archives/. I went up there last year and found an original will relating to my BUTCHARD family who were living in the St Phillips area of Birmingham. They would perhaps be willing to do some sort of search for you (though they may need to make a charge unless you can pin down the name and dates required very accurately. Contact can be made by e-mail via lichfield.record.office@staffordshire.gov.uk. Regards Peter
Hi This is a 1869 will and I take it was proved in the Birmingham Probate Office and a copy of it is in a bound volume in the library.
