Hi Jan, I have a George Brookes b ca 1785 in my file who married Ann Millward Hawkes in 1821. Good morning, I'm searching for James BROOKES (1776-1866) was born in Birmingham according to his military records and died in Birmingham, was married twice, second wife, who was Mary BROWN (1801-) in 1824 also in Birmingham If you should come across him in your searches could you let me know?
