    3. I'm also looking for more information on my "HANDS". My ggg grandfather was a Joseph Hands b. Cheriton, Warwickshire. He was a shoemaker who migrated to Birmingham to work in the leather business. He had 4 children that I am aware of, Catherine, George, Mary Ann and John. Mary Ann married my gg grandfather Henry Chapman of Aston, a coach proprieter and publican. That's the sum of my knowledge - if anyone has any further information, I would be interested. My HANDS have variously escaped from Redditch/Tardebigge, Studley, Bromsgrove and Kings Norton over the past few hundred years. The database grows all the time. Another one this week popped up, one Henry HANDS, Blacksmith, of Bromsgrove, found in 1891 Deritend, Aston. So if anyone else has lost their HANDS, I may have found them. I also know a number of unrelated researchers who I may be able to put you in touch with. 3. Hello list and Happy New Year, My gggm was an Angelina (or Ann Selina) HANDS who may have been the base daughter of a certain Sarah Hands, a servant of Stourton, Warks. She (Sarah) may also have been the brother of Thomas Hands who married Ann Cook and who moved to Birmingham, a publican, and may well have adopted Sarah from his sister. Any info welcome. Best wishes, David Fisher.
