Death certificate for my ggm Elizabeth JENKINS WALTERS SIMMONDS gives her address as: 63 Milcote Road, Selly Oak. She died 28 Feb 1943. Electoral rolls for 1939/40 and 1945 list Charles Edward and Elizabeth CALLAGHAN at that address. Ggm Elizabeth had a daughter Elizabeth b. abt 1896 but I have not found a marriage to CALLAGHAN. Had you thought she might be renting from the Callaghans? Qualifications for voting changed in the first part of the 20th century and so she may not have got on the register in her own right.
