I found the entire family in 1891 census but the spelling of the last name is shown as HINESLEY all born in Scotland..........at time of census they were living in Westoe, Durham, England. The family consisted of : David Hinesley 41, ships steward Jeannie, wife, 42 John son 10 James son 8 Alexander son 3 Janet Murray, niece age 6 Archibald Stewart nephew 25 Jeannie daughter 5 Isabell 18 The entire family was born in Scotland.
