    1. Re: [B'ham] Baptism Record
    2. Mike Fisher
    3. Hi Audrey I notice in the 1871 census there is 15 years difference in their ages and Eliza Barratt is recorded as being a servant not a daughter. Percy Barratt aged 14 in the 1871 census is registered in Birmingham in 1857. I can not find John Barratt with son Percy in the 1861 census. I think I can find Elizabeth Robins age 22 in the 1861 census with her parents Jeremiah and Sarah with an occupation of bridle stitchery the same as 1871. If John Barratt is the father he was not present when the birth was registered , which he would need to be as they were not married. St Thomas parish records are in the IGI and there is no entry for Eliza Robins or Barratt Mike Fisher in Droitwich ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, June 03, 2008 2:57 PM Subject: [B'ham] Baptism Record > Dear All > I have a copy of my grandmother`s birth certificate Eliza born to > Elizabeth > Robins 10/5/1863 no fathers name I know Elizabeth did marry John Barratt > my > Gt > Grandfather? 5years later, the informant was my Gt Gt Grandmother could > anyone let me know how I can get a copy of the baptism reord, I can`t > get > to B`ham > sorry. > Audrey > > > > > _____________________________________________ > _____________________________________________ > > Have you considered adding "postems" to "your" events on > www.freebmd.org.uk , giving your contact details?
