    3. Hi Reg Was there a time of birth entered on the birth certificate? This usually indicated that the child was one of a multiple birth. 3. Hi Velda, Just want to thank you for mentioning that when a time of birth is entered on a birth certificate it usually indicates a multiple birth. I had such a certificate but had no idea of the significance of the time of birth being mentioned (stupidly thought it was a quirk of the registrar!). I've now found, through FreeBMD, the birth and death of the twin in the same Quarter. He was never named, just entered as 'Male', so am I right to assume that he died during the three days between birth and registration? It seems so sad that he wasn't even given a name! Thanks again Thelma ----- Original Message ----- From: "Velda Hampton" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, August 14, 2008 10:01 AM Subject: Re: [B'ham] Birth Certificate > Hi Reg > Was there a time of birth entered on the birth certificate?
