My name is Margaret, from Australia, and I am new to this list. I am searching for information about Francis Joseph NEYLAN, born in Co Clare, migrated to USA, worked on the railways there, then moved to Birmingham. He was living at Chapel St Handsworth Birmingham on 8th Jan 1958 when he was killed by a train at Hockley Goods Railway Station where he worked. His inquest held from 9th Jan- 16th Jan 1958 was attended by a daughter, Margaret Mary Symons, wife of Glyn Symons,solicitor's clerk, and she stated she lived at the Ear Nose and Throat Hospital. I believe she may have had a brother. Searching for any information on descendants of this family. Francis , known as Frank, is buried at Handsworth Cemetery with his wife, Annie Maria. Frank was my grandfather's brother, and I would love to see his death and funeral notices, as his siblings were scattered in Ireland, USA, and Australia. Any information would be very welcome.
