Many thanks, chris Hi Chris Not directly relevant (although you may differ), but Time Team did an excavation at Handsworth to find Murdoch's original manufactory. I remember them digging in the wrong place! I've had a look at the website and have discovered it was shown in 1997! It's so long ago that it's not on the Time Team site. However, if you google on "Archives of Soho House" you will find a link to Birmingham council's website on it, which is very interesting.
