I believe the last name of Jones.The label inside says The Wesleyan Church,Sandon Rd. The adult Bible Class. At the bottom of the labels is F. The church was built by Sir John Barnsley, a prominent Victorian methodist in B'ham. He was also a JP and stood unsuccessfully once as Liberal MP candidate. He lived in Edgbaston and also built the Council House, War Memorial & General Hospital.
