Karen, I could not find any marriage but I did find the birth for Cecilia Elizabeth Phillips it is 3Qu 1869 Aston 6d 288 so you could send for that then it would tell you for sure who her parents for.     3. Hi Ken, Thankyou for that I will do that and see what comes back. Like I said I have the death certificate and parents are whom I said. Will see if the birth certificate is the same. Marriage is a mystery.
