Hi   I'm trying to find the marriage for my great great grandfather, William Henry BAILEY.   I believe he married in birmingham/aston area in the 1890's, becuase their first son, Horace (my great grandfather, who's birth was never registered) was born there in 1898.   Roz

Hi Roz There is a 1901 entry for a William Bailey with his wife Lizzie and son Horace S aged 6mths old. RG13/2813 Balsall Heath, Kings Norton, Worcestershire. This area is now part of Birmingham There is a birth for a Sidney Horace Bailey 1899 Qtr1 1899 but looks as though he died Qtr2 1900 Could it be that they named their next child Horace Sidney in his memory?
