Dear Listers Could SKS please advise how I would get information on the accidental death of a young Birmingham-born lad killed whilst working on the railways at Port Kembla, NSW in 1961.  Any pointers on who to contact for information about an inquest would be most appreciated. G'day Sue, You can order the death certificate online for anyone who died before 1978 by following this link http://www.bdm.nsw.gov.au/cgi-bin/Index/IndexingOrder.cgi/search?event=births The post mortem report is available to persons deemed to have an interest in the case.
