Thanks Karen, I am prety sure that the boy is my father IF he is living on Powell St, Wolverhampton. If not I would like to see it. If you have been following this list for a while I am going around in circles looking for Percy/Percival Taylor born in Birmingham in 1899 as described in the 1901 Census. As a matter of interest, the B/C I have for the Percival Taylor shows his birthplace as Lambeth Church 2, London as I have eliminated all those in the 3 Counties making Birmingham.
