Merry Christmas, Joe

    3. Ann I have a Thomas HART born Birmingham 1805 married Ann STANYARD born 1807 Aston Juxta Birmingham, on 7 June 1826 at St Philip's. Thomas died in 1869. This Thomas was a Provision Dealer, listed as so in 1841/51 Census. I do not have confirmation of his Parent's names , but possibly were Thomas HART and Sarah BROOM who married at St Martin's in 1805. hth Helen New Zealand -----Original Message----- From: eng-warks-birmingham-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:eng-warks-birmingham-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Neil Hearn Sent: Friday, 22 December 2006 9:38 a.m. To: eng-warks-birmingham@rootsweb.com Subject: [B'ham] Hart I'm looking for details of Thomas Hart, born in Brum in 1805. 3. Christmas Greetings all! I am wondering if anyone could possibly look up a burial for me at St Thomas Church.? GEORGE FAIRY was born in the Dec Qtr of 1859. I suspect he was a sickly child or died from an infection. He was christened at St Thomas Church B'ham on 14 February 1861 (private baptism) and I suspect died shortly thereafter as his death is recorded in the Mar Qtr of 1861 ie the same quarter. I'd be very grateful to anyone who could check for me. Regards Marlene

    3. I'll be looking for an answer to that, myself, as my gr aunt went back to England in 1912, and said, in a letter I have been given, that she wishes she had never come back (here, to U.S.). She loved her country of birth so much. I did too, when we were there for three weeks 10 years ago. 2. Hi Ann, First off sorry for the delay in response to your post. I was trying to find a link to your granny Lacey via my step granddad who was a Thomas Lacey [I had not followed his line in much depth]. The bad news is that i have not yet found either of your other surnames mentioned linked to this family. I do however have a Helen Lacey b 1886 which seemed to be Ellen on some records. I also need to check out five male siblings. Who knows they may have married an Ellen. My Lacey clan lived at Cheapside Balsall Heath 1891-1901. Not sure if you have looked into their details in your search. Not given up yet and will be in touch if any other similar matches turn up. Heck it keeps me quiet and gives hubby a rest if nothing else. Jackie in Brum
