Paul, the only way to find details of the death is to buy the death certificate here is the reference you will need to order the death from the ONS Surname First name(s) Age District Vol Page Deaths Jun 1900 Cooper Emma 74 Birmingham 6d 119 Since she was aged 74 it will not give details of her parentage on the death certificate.
