Dear David, I have been through my own data and cannot help you I'm afraid. I could be more use to you if you find their parents names. There are some people on this list with data on the Barkers. I'm not sure about Cleggs, although a quick look in the St. Mary's register index tells me there are quite a few of them in Todmorden.
