Linda, There are a few Sutcliffes in the Millwood area in 1841 but no way of telling if they lived at Leeming Hall. I know Leeming Hall well, have lived in Tod. all my life and my wife used to live in that area when young(er). It was her that said, "You are not paying £90 for it." when I showed her the catalogue with the Travis book in. I don't know the seller at all. Jack
