From Public Advertiser ( London, England ), Tuesday, November 6, 1764; Issue 9362.  A Writ of Habeas Corpus is ordered to be made out for removing John STRINGER , late a Publican in the Strand, from New Prison to the County Gaol of Surry, he standing accused of the Wilful Murder of Catharine his Wife, at Vauxhall, in the Parish of Lambeth, in that County. Tho' the Deceased received her Death Wounds in the Strand, yet her dying in Surry makes the Prisoner culpable of the Murder in that County, for which he will be tried next Kingston Assizes.
