From Jackson's Oxford Journal ( Oxford, England ), Saturday, June 24, 1820; Issue 3505.   On Thursday the 15th inst. died, at Petersham, Surrey, the Right Hon. Lord Charles SPENCER , eldest brother of the late Duke of Marlborough, formerly Representative of this County, and for many years Colonel of the Oxfordshire Militia.  His Lordship was in his 80th year.
