I have a photograph of a young man whom I believe lived between about 1850 and 1869. His parents were married in Lambeth in 1845 (William LAWRENCE and Eleanor HASKEW). Young William died in Valparaiso Chile but is said to have attended school in England for six years. In the photo William is wearing what could be a college blazer and it was taken by E BIEBER. Can anyone provide information about this photographer please? Jan
