hi Raymond, Your man will be recorded in all medical registers from when he graduated till he died - including his address in any given year; date & place he graduated and what qualifications he held.  You may find a main public library has a copy or they'll be able to point you in the right direction - possibly the nearest medical school/Uni. I ended up having to ask Glasgow University to allow me some browsing time but it was well worth it.
