For anyone familiar with the London Metropolitan Archives "London Generations" black index binders, next to the microfilm cabinets at the microfilm reader end of the room, the contents of these binders form the basis of the Ancestry digitisation programme. School records, Land Tax Assessments, Electoral Rolls, CofE parish records, Board of Guardian and Poor Law records etc. This is the search page on LMA to those records: <http://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/londonGenerations/> As far as I know anything which turns up in that dataset will (eventually) turn up on Ancestry.
