Mine is definitely the King's Arms, Kingston, Surrey (where Charles Chadwick wrote his will in the 1790s; some of his children had been baptised in Kingston previously, though the earliest in Ewell). The King's Arms of the website says these days that it is in Kingston, Surrey, but I will certainly stand corrected if it turns out that there was historically another in Kingston itself on the other side of the river.
