My greatest gift would be to find: William Charles COOK and family on the 1861 Census. I have this family on 1841-51 and 1871 thru 1901 William Charles COOK b 1836 Ellen Caroline Twyman Cook b. 1834 James Thomas Cook b. 1858 Plumstead Albert Edwin Cook b. 1861 Woolwich 1861 they were living in: 14 Brook Hill Road Woolwich. William was a Wheelwright for the Royal Arsenal and may have been away from home but I can't find the family using Ellen Caroline as head of house. Did the Arsenal keep a census? If so where is the census kept? In 1901 the family was in 37 Billington Rd Deptford. Or by some chance would they be on a Kent Census? Any help greatly appreciated.
