The 1811 census householders' schedule is at Croydon Local Studies Library who will probably be very helpful if you wanted to email them. RA5 gives details of early Surrey censuses availability and locations: http://www.wsfhs.org/ResearchAids.htm As indicated, some of the early Surrey censuses - but not Croydon - have already been published in the WSFHS Members' journal, and others will probably be included intermittently in the future.
