Although they were born outside Surrey according to the 1841 census, have you tried searching for Mary Ann PAGE in the LMA baptism databases, picking out the Middlesex ones and then searching with the parents names to see if there is a baptism showing either a mother or a sister who fits Martha ? Ditto with the England & Wales Christening Records, 1530-1906 - either of these searches would be time consuming as you would have to get each record up and then search for parents, but you never know. Other than that, have you looked for William Wallman on the 1841 census ? That may be a red herring, of course but if you can trace him, he could turn out to be a brother-in-law which might give you a few more clues.
