She was born in Liverpool, Lancs in 1847. She can be seen in 1901 living with her uncle in Newington but is recorded as "Elizabett". I have tried alternate spellings for HASKEW (Askew, Ascough, Haskieu) without any luck. She may well have been a teacher.
