You are most welcome Maureen I don't know if the following gives a clue, it appears to be his marriage Name: John Arundell Age: Full Age Estimated birth year: abt 1852 Spouse Name: Caroline Elizabeth Mac Gill Record Type: Marriage Event Date: 16 Dec 1852 Parish: Saint Pancras Parish Church County: Middlesex Borough: Camden Father Name: John Arundell Spouse Father Name: Charles Edward Mac Gill I had thought at first he was married in 1851 but on looking again he is enumerated as single Looking again at the 1851 entry it looks to me like Thos GYLES age 2 born Lambeth but cannot see a birth reg for that name Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) > Thanks very much Nivard.
