Please put surnames in capitals the subject lines of these requests, just as for any other kind of message - eg: Surrey Cemetery Burial - FANACKAPAN Whilst you may be interested in the burial information, others reading the message subject lines may spot names of interest - and it may avoid messages being deleted unread.     2. That's a terrific set of instructions, and thanks for taking the time to write such detailed information! I've often used the IGI, but never have I seen some of those tricks and turns.
