Hi Fionnghal A quick reply to your first question - I will look up the Lambeth people later. The largest cemetery which would cover East Horsley is Stoke at Guildford. The Mount cemetery at Guildford would also be possible at this date. In addition I believe East horsley had a working churchyard then (I'm sorry to be uncertain but we only cover cemeteries - that still gives us 100+ in Surrey!) so it might be worth checking with the parish council first.
