I lived in Riggindale Rd Streatham 1948-51and as a child used to walk and wander everywhere looking at places and things, used to go the the Lido pool .... now here is the question, on the other side of the road just before going over the rail bridge there was an estate that had been bombed which had big iron gates at the entrance, spent a lot of time going through those houses which were all vacant can anyone tell me about this place and what happened to that area on being rebuilt ?????
