Hi Michael is it possible that you made a mistake? Certainly someone has. "Crowhurst" does not compute. It is almost certainly Crowthorn (the current strange E hadn't yet been appended). Although I was unable to find Dewson in the directories on the Historical Directories site, I did find Elizabeth's FreeBMD entry: TALBOYS Elizabeth 83 Easthampstead 2c 341 (March qtr, 1875) which wd be right for Crowthorn. (And Sandhurst, the parish it was in at the time). There was little there, just Cro Tech (Wellington) and Broadmoor, and some housing for the workers.
