Dear Judy. You really are an angel! I think you might have cracked it. I have just downloaded the will of John Pavey, and although I haven't deciphered much of it yet, there is mention of "Lazarus my only son" who seemed to be not of full age at the time of the making of the will. I have used wills in the past, but only to confirm facts, or extend a family, not to take a "leap of faith" as it were, to try and establish a family link like this.
