    3. I've an Ernest SIMMONDS said b) 16 Feb 1839, Faversham; which I cannot find and I now don't know where I got the info re his born Faversham. When marrying Tammesin Alice GIBBONS in 1907, Sevenoaks, Kent; Ernest SIMMONDS is recorded as being 68, Residing in Farnham, Surrey. His father given as Daniel SIMMONDS (Deceased) a Miller. I've found an Ernest SIMMONDS in the 1841 Census as living in Farnham and the same family in the 1851 Census as then living in Guernsey, Channel Islands. Thereafter; I cannot find any trace of the SIMMONDS family, but do know that Ernest at least; visited or perhaps lived Australia? As to the rest of the family: I know not. I do have a copy of pages from a Family Bible for SIMMONDS Births/Deaths Badshott & Farnham with the children shown therein not matching the Census apart from Ernest. Would any fellow lister be researching this family or could perhaps enlarge on my findings? Robert KEMSLEY Australia

    3. Robert Ernest Simmonds, son of Daniel Simmonds miller of Farnham, born 1839 Farnham, is a second cousin removed, of mine. The family had connections in Kent.
